Ordering and Delivery

All of our coving is made to order and we do not keep stock, so please ensure that you double check the item and sizing required prior to ordering.

How To Order

  • Select the coving of your choice, choose the size required in the drop-down box then specify the required amount of lengths. There is a minimum order of 8 lengths for our coving.
  • At checkout, please select the appropriate delivery from the drop-down at the bottom of the page and proceed to fill in your name, address etc.
  • Pick your preferred method of payment. You can pay via Worldpay, Paypal or by direct card payment via the Paypal option.
  • Once confirmation of payment has been received by ourselves, we will process your order. You will receive an email to confirm your order once payment has been made (please be sure to check your spam/junk folder if the email is not in your inbox).


How To Order Bespoke

Through our bespoke service we can help you achieve a unique design of your own or match an existing coving already in your home. We do this through initially communicating a design and forwarding a digital version for review. This can then be followed by a sample prior to finalising an order.

Delivery Costs

All coving deliveries will be carried out via DX Delivery services.

Normal delivery times including processing are approximately 3-7 days.

The prices below reflect delivery costs for our interior ranges.

Uk Mainland (Standard)

  • On orders £250 and below = £45 ex.VAT
  • On orders £250 and above = £55 ex.VAT
  • On orders £ and above = £65 ex.VAT

Scottish Highlands

  • On orders £250 and below = £69 ex.VAT
  • On orders £250 and above = £75 ex.VAT
  • On orders £ and above = £85 ex.VAT

Postcodes included for Highlands delivery are AB10-30, AB32, AB39, DD, DG, EH, FK not inc. FK19-21, G, HS, IV1-3, KA not inc. KA27-28, KY, ML, PA1-19, PH13-14, TD.

Northern Ireland

Normally all orders to Northern Ireland are £75 ex. VAT, however this may vary on larger orders and we will be in contact if this is the case.


Delivery Information

  • All lengths are supplied at 2 metres long and the delivery box dimensions are 32cm x 32cm x 210cm.
  • One day is required for the processing of all orders, and the order will be dispatched the following working day. Orders will be processed and dispatched between Monday to Friday and during our working hours.
  • You should receive your order within 6 working days from the date of your order, allowing all items are in stock.
  • If, for any reason, your delivery has not reached you within the 6 days please contact us via email or by phone so that we may start an investigation into the whereabouts of your delivery. Although DX aims to deliver on dates stated it cannot be guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by delivery companies.
  • It is recommended to wait until you have received your products before organising tradespeople to install the product as Featherlite Mouldings Ltd cannot be held liable for any delay caused by late deliveries.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be amended or cancelled. Once the products are received, you can request a return within 14 days. The cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer. Products must be return in an unused and perfect condition or deductions may be made.
  • During Christmas, New Years and other national/bank holidays, delivery times may vary and notices will be provided on our website at these times to clarify delivery times.
  • We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any damaged items otherwise these items cannot be replaced. So please thoroughly inspect products once they have been delivered.
