Returns and Exchange Policy
On the occasion where it may be necessary to return an item, we must be contacted first before doing so at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must include in this email the following: your name and address, order number and reason for returning the goods. We will respond to your email within 24 hours.
We offer a no quibble guarantee of a refund in the unlikely event of a customer not being satisfied, subject to the return of the product in a satisfactory condition within 14 days, return cost to be paid by customer.
Returns will only be accepted in the original condition and packaging.
No returns will be made for any bespoke or discounted orders
All unwanted goods must be return within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. We can only refund the due amount onto the original card or paypal account used, that was given on the first transaction.
#Please note we will not be able to claim back cost charged to us by either World Pay or PayPal , so we will have to deduct this out of any refunds as well as other costs incurred to us shown here #
A re-stocking charge of 15% will be taken from any funds returned, this charge takes into account that our boxes will only last one journey and will be redundant once the items are returned to us so a cost has incurred to supply new boxes by us .
All delivery costs incurred by Featherlite Mouldings will be deducted from any funds returned ,please note that we do in many cases subsidise delivery cost so this full cost, which can be greater than our one off standard payement in the case of multiple boxes sent, will be reclaimed on any refunds made , an invoice with delivery cost can be presented if requested .
All items are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to us. We recommend that you use a courier service as all goods will be insured.
Please do not send goods back to us unless you have contacted us before hand and that we have said we will accept them
Repayment will be made back to the account paid from by the customer, seller holds the right to take cost of any damage on products not satisfactorily returned. Please note that we aim to do all refunds within 5 working days but it can depend on your service provider, when your repayment is resubmitted to your account.
Please note that all orders are made directly for customers once the order is made , we do not hold stock of covings , we only hold mateirials to make the coving , so please consider carefully before ordering any coving to save any unnecessary cost on both our sides
All refunds will be less the full delivery charge incurred by Featherlite Mouldings Ltd. by DX couriers.
